But What Happened To 2.0?

Monday 28 June 2010

In a word, or more like two words, Internet Explorer. With mounting issues from porting THREECOIN:Online 2.0 to Webkit browers, Internet Explorer and mobile devices such as iPhone and iPad, we decided to go back to the drawing board and bring compatibility and simplicity to our little website.

So take the challenge - run THREECOIN:Online on IE... or even better, run us on iPad for the best experience possible!

SHORTS ON THE GREEN: Festival Report

Monday 28 June 2010

After a three year hiatus, Shorts On The Green gloriously returned to Surfers Paradise and, for the first time in the festival's history, on a chilly winter night. A giant crowd braved the elements as 14 fantastic finalists and 2 exhibition films lit up Queensland's largest outdoor screen, judged by The Post Lounge's STEVE COOPER, The Bulletin's MARIA LEWIS, Surfers Paradise Alliance's RICHIE EDMISTON and local filmmaker TIN PANG.

Stand out film of the night was THE FOAL, which took out the BEST FILM gong. Director JOSH TANNER and producer ALANA JESSOP will surely be looking forward to a brilliant festival run with THE FOAL, and we wish them luck with their international campaign. Congratulations also goes out to ANNIKA SALISBURY, who won Best Director for her magical film, LOLA THE MAGNIFICENT. Check out the rest of the winners at shortsonthegreen.com. And don't forget to keep up to date Shorts On The Green - the festival will be back, bigger and better than ever in 2011, so get out there and make that next masterpiece in filmmaking!
